Prices online may differ from prices in store. Items online may not be sold in the store.

When ordering online please remember Shortages and Backorders do occur. All Orders will be processed when order is complete.
All shipments will be sent by UPS in the United States. Shipping is to be prepaid with your order. If items are in stock they will be shipped the same day. P.O. Box addresses are now acceptable. Next Day Air or Second Day Air is available. Next Day and Second Day Air orders must be received by STT before 1:00pm CST Monday-Thursday. Handling charges will be added to oversized shipments. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
If you are Shipping to a different address other than the Billing address, please note that you MUST use Ground Shipping.
All shipments refused will incur a charge of all shipping costs.
To protect our customers online, any orders that exceeds the amount of $250 dollars, customers that chooses 2nd Day Air/Next Day Air Shipping Method, or customers that are Shipping to a different Billing address, will now be required to be present and provide a signature for their package, in order to protect our customers from fraudulent activity or theft.
Returning Shipment Guidelines:
We hope you enjoy your purchase; however, we also understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange your item. That's why we offer our 30 day return policy. All items may be returned for full refund or store credit, or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, less the shipping fees. All items returned after 30 days will receive store credit only, no refunds, less shipping fees. Store credits will be issued on a STT gift card. You may return items in original, new condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging).

Please include the Online Order Copy and a Packing Slip Copy on the inside of the package. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Ensure your product box is protected for shipment by either wrapping or re-boxing it. Do NOT tape directly to the product box as it is part of the product you are returning and could tear or mar the product packaging. Any tape or shipment label affixed directly to the product packaging will result in a damaged box fee.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please place items in protective shipping wrap or box.

All items must be returned within 30 Days of Sales Receipt to be eligible for Exchange privileges. Items past 30 Days of Sales Receipt Date are NOT eligible for exchange privileges. All Items must be in Original, New Condition (with all of the tags attached and in its original packaging) to be eligible for Exchange. Please allow two billing cycles for refund to appear once return is received. Returns will be processed within 48 hours. All sales are final on sales items, unless exchanging for same style, different size. If not in stock a 10% restocking fee will apply. Please use ONLINE RETURN FORM in your shipment.
ONLINE PURCHASES BEING RETURNED IN STORE:
Online and Catalog orders being returned in store will follow in store return policies, NO REFUNDS. Items on sale may be exchanged for a different size of the same style, if it is in stock. If not in stock, a 10% restocking fee for the sale item will be applied when exchanging for a different style.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on Returns and Exchanges.

All returns for refunds must be shipped back within 30 days of sales receipt. This policy only applies to online purchases. Please follow Return Shipment Guidelines. Please allow two billing cycles for refund to appear. If refund fails to post to your bank after two billing cycles, please contact us at 1-855-899-2668 to verify your refund was processed. If it was processed over 2 billing cycles ago, and you are still waiting on your bank to release your funds, please contact your bank.
Custom Orders or Personalized Items (Special) are Not Returnable, Non Refundable for Gift Card or Exchanges. All merchandise with Alterations made or have been Laundered are not eligible for Gift Card or Exchanges. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
ON SALE ITEMS:
Items on sale may be exchanged for a different size of the same style, if it is in stock. If not in stock, a 10% restocking fee for the sale item will be applied when exchanging for a different style.
If you are not completely satisfied with the saddle fit for you or your horse, you may return the saddle within seven days from the day of receipt. Customer pays return shipping charges. South Texas Tack will inspect the returned saddle to insure the saddle is in new condition, prior to issuing a refund. Signs of use, dirt and wear will result in a restocking fee. Restocking fees range from 10-20% depending on amount of use. Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
SOUTH TEXAS TACK GIFT CARDS:
South Texas Tack Gift Cards are the customer’s responsibility. South Texas Tack is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.
International Orders will be shipped by Fed Ex , UPS, or USPS.
Exotic leathers, felt, beaver and straw hats are excluded from International Shipping.
Ariat International Is Excluded From International Shipping.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES:
In the event your shipment has been damaged, please have your UPS or Fed Ex driver note the damage on the freight bill before you sign it. It is not South Texas Tack's responsibility; it is the responsibility of the carrier to guarantee and deliver safely. All claims regarding damage or loss occurring during shipment must be made by carrier.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving, on defective merchandise. Defective merchandise is under the discretion of the manufacturer. Manufacturer discretion can take 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping and handling charges are the customers responsibility. If Items are found defective by manufacturer, only regular mail and ground shipping charges will be reimbursed.
