[FAQ] How Do I Track the Youth Ropes I Ordered?
After logging into your account, click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of the homepage to obtain tracking information about your ropes for kids. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Contact customer service at 979-421-9072 if you do not receive the email. We can resend the email or update your address if needed. Please have your order number handy when calling.
[FAQ] How Do I Return Roping Ropes for Beginners?
All kids' rope is able to be returned based on the following requirements:
- Youth ropes must be returned within 30 days.
- Kids' rope must be in new, original condition with all the tags attached.
- Items must be in original packaging.
Sale merchandise, custom orders and shipping fees are nonrefundable. Store credit may be available if kids' roping ropes are returned after 30 days. Call customer service or email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
