Floor Sales Associate Position (Hat Shaping, Boots, Jeans, Tack)

M-Saturday 9-5:30pm
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Open and close sales departments. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and maintaining store ready. Horse and Tack Knowledge Required in Tack Sales.

Social/Marketing Position
Duties of the Social Media. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content. Must have Tack and Horse knowledge.

Website Developer
M-Friday 9-5:30pm This role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying southtexastack.com, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create a visually appealing site that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Tack Merchandising Assistant Manager

The Tack Assistant Merchandising Manager manages daily operations of the company.  Develops objectives and processes to implement merchandising initiatives for the Tack department which include coordinating associated departments, planning budget needs and monitoring the company's merchandising system. Reviews and evaluates customer demand and sales trends, generates reports, analyzes financial performance, determines where to place products for sale. Supervises subordinate staff, provides corresponding trainings. Reports to top management. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Established and experienced horse enthusiast with knowledge of Tack is a must.

Apparel and/or Accessories Merchandising Assistant Manager

The Apparel Assistant Merchandising Manager manages daily operations of the company.  Develops objectives and processes to implement merchandising initiatives for the apparel or accessories department which include coordinating associated departments, planning budget needs and monitoring the company's merchandising system. Established and experienced fashion enthusiast with knowledge of apparel trends is a must.

Marketing Designer

Develops and designs marketing materials to market and promote our goods and services to the public. Must be excellent with graphic design, very familiar with InDesign and Photoshop. He or She must be capable of developing the overall layout and production design for advertisements to be used in print materials. Time efficiency and the ability to work with a team is a must.
