Online Return Policy

South Texas Tack hopes you enjoy your purchase; however, we also understand that sometimes there may be a need to return your item. That’s why we offer our 30-day return policy. Items must be returned to STT in new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging). Shipping fees are nonrefundable. A $10.00 damaged box fee will be applied to any boot/shoe/hat boxes that are returned to STT with tape or labels applied directly to the box. If after 30 days new items may be considered for store credit, please contact us at 979-421-9072 or contactus@southtexastack.com. Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please place items in protective shipping wrap or box.

Saddle Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the saddle fit for your horse, you may return the saddle within 14 days from the day of receipt. Customer pays return shipping charges. South Texas Tack will inspect the returned saddle to insure the saddle is in new condition, prior to issuing a refund. Signs of use, dirt and wear will result in a restocking fee. Restocking fees range from 10-20% depending on amount of use. Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear.

Damages & Shortages
In the event your shipment has been damaged, it is not South Texas Tack's responsibility; it is the responsibility of the carrier to guarantee and deliver safely. All claims regarding damage or loss occurring during shipment must be made by carrier.

Defective Items
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving, on defective merchandise. Defective merchandise is under the discretion of the manufacturer. Manufacturer discretion can take 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping and handling charges are the customers responsibility. If Items are found defective, it will be replaced or refunded.
