DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Sales tax only applies to orders for those located in the same state as our warehouse, the state of Texas.

If you have not received your invoice or tracking number via email, click the "Login or Register" link at the top right hand side of our site to find orders and print invoices. To have it emailed, please call our customer service at 1-979-421-9072, and have your order number on hand.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT?

Credits usually take 2-3 billing cycles from the time we receive your item(s). Please click <here> for further return or exchange information.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
